Kabhi Alvida Na KehnaKabhi Alvida Na Kehna, a Karan Johar’s movie is slated to be released on 11th August. It is Karan’s fourth venture after Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham & Kal Ho Na Ho.

It is the story of budding romance between Jai (Sharukh Khan) who plays an accountant for Sharma Limited owned by Mohinder Sharma (Amitabh Bachchan) and Shalini Sharma (Rani Mukherjee) daughter of Mohinder Sharma. Both are married to different people. Jai is married to Kiran Reddy (Preity Zinta) who is a full time nurse in a mental hospital and Shalini is married to Anand Bakshi (Abhishek Bachchan) who is journalist in search of a fresh story as he is new to his profession.

Kabhi Alvida Na KehnaThough settled into a life of domestic ritual and convinced that they are happy in their respective relationships both the marriages are fast on the downward spiral. Jai and Shalini still yearn for something deeper and more meaningful, which is precisely what they find in each other. From a relationship starting off in pleasant barbs the two begin to develop and acknowledge the feelings they have beneath the surface. When their feelings come to the fore, what results is a collision of lives and emotions, affecting everyone involved and changing them forever.

OMMMMGGG AMAZINN MOVIEEE!!! EVERYTHIN WAS GOOD IN IT…FROM CLOTHES TO ACTING TO STORY TO SONGS….MUST SEE…NOT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUNGER AUDIENCE…NOT CAUSE OF SCENES MOSTLY BECAUSE OF SITUATION COMPREHENSION…BUT OMMMGG AMAZIN MOVIE….

um… yea.. this wasn’t ur typical run o’ the mill indian movie. i liked it cause it reflects reality. stuff like that does happen. that was the point they were tryin to prove. and yea… wen ppl have affairs, they sleep with each other. it’s normal. and yea.. not for younger audiences. i thought it immediately went down as one of teh best movies of all time in my books
