Jawani Diwani is a story of choices, the story of outcome of these choices, ruled by the power of unconditional love.

Mann (Imraan Hashmi) is a famous singer who is hard-core opportunist. The beautiful and trusting Radha, daughter of a successful music company owner - walks into his life. Mann ‘chooses’ Radha as love for purely selfish cause. An agreement for Mann’s music is signed and marriage with the daughter of the business tycoon is planned.

Celebrating his luck in Goa with his friends Mann comes across a bombshell Roma in Goa and can’t control himself from the one night affair. Caught red handed with Roma, he is forced to tie knot wit her.

However Roma soon discovers the true face of Mann and separates herself from him to the surprise relief of Mann.

Happy Mann come back to Mumbai for his stardom and Radha.

A twist in story comes in with the re-entry of Roma in the life of Mann as model and co-star of his music video. This puts Mann in dilemma where he realises that he is truly in love with Roma!
